Why this page says phone and not “get a quote”. Every other page on this site sends you to the form. This one does not. If your line is stopped you are not filling in a form. Pick up the phone. That is the friction audit applied honestly.

Prices in rand. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added.
Same-day and 48-hour service is available within 50 km of Pretoria only. Outside that radius the part has to travel by courier, and the fastest overnight courier is next business day. We will not promise you same day if we cannot physically do it. What we will promise anywhere in South Africa is: a quote today, and your part on a courier within 48 hours. This is the one service where we beat our own 48-hour quote promise, because a stopped line cannot wait two days for a price.
Is the premium worth it?
Do the sum yourself.
A normal replacement part is R2,250. The same job on same-day service is about R3,940. The difference is roughly R1,690.
Now put that next to one hour of a stopped production line. In one documented case, six weeks of downtime in a single manufacturing cell cost over R500,000 in lost output.
If your line is running, use the normal service and save the money. If it is stopped, this page exists for a reason.
